Plans and automatic renewal

Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed every 1, 2, 3 or 6 months. The price and the billing period are shown before you pay. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period for the same length and at the same price, and the payment method you used is charged on the renewal date.

Who bills you

If you subscribe in the iPhone or iPad app, Apple bills you through your App Store account. If you subscribe in the Android app, Google bills you through Google Play. If you subscribe on drivingfreedom.it, we bill you through our payment provider Stripe. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also subject to their terms. You can hold one active subscription at a time.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. App Store: Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Google Play: Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Website: drivingfreedom.it/en/subscription or the link in your receipt email. For App Store subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract concluded online. Premium is digital content that we supply immediately, so before you pay on drivingfreedom.it we ask you to expressly request that access starts at once and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as it starts (art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). We confirm this in your receipt. For purchases through Apple or Google, their withdrawal and refund rules apply.

Refunds

Except where the law requires otherwise, a payment for a billing period that has already started is not refunded, and unused parts of a period are not refunded when you cancel. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are decided by Apple or Google under their own policies. If a payment is refunded, the Premium access it paid for ends immediately.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Apple, Google or Stripe may retry it for a limited time. During the grace period offered by Apple or Google you keep access. If the payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and Premium access stops.

Discount codes

A discount code or personal offer applied to a subscription covers the first billing period only, unless the checkout states otherwise. Later periods are charged at the regular price shown at checkout.

One-time passes bought earlier

One-time passes bought before subscriptions were introduced stay valid until they expire, are never converted into a subscription and never renew. If you subscribe while a pass is still active, your Premium access lasts until whichever ends later: the pass or the paid subscription period.

Price changes

If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you in advance and the new price applies only from a renewal after that notice. You can cancel before it applies. Apple or Google may also ask you to accept a price increase.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. Exam question content is licensed from the Italian Ministry of Transport and may not be reproduced outside the app.
